PT Federal International Finance, motor finance company Astra, increase bondissuance to IDR. 3 Trillion.
Hal itu terungkap di dalam pengumuman di situs PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) yang dipublikasikan pekan lalu.
This was revealed in the announcement on the site of PT Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), which was published last week.
Perusahaan akhirnya meningkatkan penerbitan itu dalam masa penawaran dari jumlah semula Rp. 2,66 Triliun. Jumlah Rp. 3 Triliun terbagi ke dalam tiga tranche, yaitu :
The company was eventually increased issuance in the amount of the offer from initially Rp. 2.66 Trillion. Total Rp. 3 Trillion divided into three tranches :
1. Rp. 621,5 Miliar untuk tranche A, “Rp. 621.5 Billion for tranche A
2. Rp480 miliar untuk tranche B, dan “Rp. 480 Billion for tranche B, and
3. Rp1,89 triliun untuk tranche C. “Rp. 1.89 Trillion for tranche C
Sebelumnya, perusahaan menetapkan penjatahan awal sebesar Rp. 1,57 Triliun untuk tranche C yang berkupon sebesar 9,6%, sebesar Rp. 480 Miliar untuk tranche B yang berkupon 8,8%, dan tranche A, dialokasikan sebesar Rp. 616 Miliar yang berkupon sebesar 7,8%.
Previously, the company set the initial allotment of Rp. 1.57 Trillion to coupon tranche C 9.6%. at Rp. 480 billion for the coupon tranche B 8.8%, and for coupon tranche A,allocated Rp. 616 Billion at 7.8%.
